Vandalism

Defacing property with graffiti, causing damage to property or destroying property can cause one to be charged with vandalism. If the property damage is under $400.00 then the matter will usually be charged as a misdemeanor. If the damage is over $400.00, the charge can be a felony.

A collateral consequence to being convicted of vandalism is that the courts will suspend client’s driver’s license.
